New Life For Adults and Youth

DATE

During our visit to New Life For Adults and Youth based in Chesterfield, VA. We heard the stories of lives broken and devastated by drugs and alcohol abuse and other life controlling problems and being changed and restored to a purpose driven life and renewed faith in Christ. We are in gratitude to Rosalinda Rivera and her team for a great tour of their facilities. We started out with their Thrift Store, Car Wash, Men’s House and Mercy House (Women’s). This trip caused us no sleep just coming from the airport but it was all worth it. God works and moves in mysterious ways. All glory to God.

04.27.2021 The Thrive in Joy Nick Fagnano Foundation was founded in memory of Nick Fagnano who lost his life on July 27, 2014, in a rare and unexpected lightning strike at Venice Beach, CA. Today, because of who Nick was, and in the goodness of his heart, and as an inspiration, this organization has now helped thousands of children, youth and young adults and numerous orphanages in the Dominican Republic build their lives with confidence, develop an outstanding character and know that their lives matter and cause a ripple effect to impact other kids. LBCF had the privilege to meet and listen to the stories of the people behind this endeavor and what a blessing it was to be able to deliver a grant check for Nick Fagnano Foundation’s worthy cause, a cause that mirrors LBCF. Thank you to Mary and Jay Fagnano for the delicious food and their team for the warm welcome. We can’t wait to join them in one of their trips to the Dominican Republic, God willing.
